Q: How long will it take to receive my order?
Each shirt is made to order through our print-on-demand partner. Production typically takes 2–5 business days, followed by shipping time. Most U.S. orders arrive within 7–10 business days.
Q: How can I track my order?
Once your order ships, you’ll receive an email with a tracking link. You can track your shipment there.
Q: Do you ship internationally?
Not yet — Cedar Lane Tees ships only within the United States. We will be expanding to international shipping in the near future.

Q: What type of shirts do you use? Are they ethically made?
Our core shirt is the Gildan 64000 Softstyle Tee — known for its softness, durability, and print quality. Gildan’s factories operate under their Genuine Responsibility® program, which includes independent audits for safe working conditions and fair labor standards. Gildan 64000 products are currently WRAP-certified and OEKO-TEX Standard 100 certified, ensuring responsible production and safety from harmful substances. We also print through Printify, which vets their suppliers for compliance with these standards.
Q: How do I find my size?
Each product page includes a size guide with measurements. For the best fit, compare these to one of your favorite tees at home.
Q: How should I wash my shirt?
To keep your design looking its best, machine wash cold, inside out, and hang dry or tumble on low. Avoid ironing directly over the print.

We use a print-on-demand model, meaning each item is made only after it’s ordered — reducing waste and overproduction. Our partners use water-based inks and work to minimize waste. Our core garment, the Gildan 64000 Softstyle Tee, is both WRAP-certified and OEKO-TEX Standard 100 certified, confirming responsible manufacturing and safety from harmful substances. As we grow, we’ll continue improving. We will always strive to be fully transparent about our sourcing options along the way.

Q: What if my shirt arrives damaged or incorrect?
If your order arrives defective or you receive the wrong item, contact us within 30 days of delivery with a photo of the issue, and we’ll make it right.
Q: Do you accept returns for sizing issues?
Because each shirt is made to order, we can’t accept returns for size exchanges. Please double-check the size chart before ordering.
