📦 Orders & Shipping
Q: How long will it take to receive my order?
Each shirt is made to order through our print-on-demand partner. Production typically takes 2–5 business days, followed by shipping time. Most U.S. orders arrive within 7–10 business days.
Q: How can I track my order?
Once your order ships, you’ll get an email with a tracking link. You can follow your shipment from there.
Q: Do you ship internationally?
Not yet — we currently ship only within the United States. We hope to expand to international shipping soon.

Q: What type of shirts do you use? Are they ethically made?
We use the Bella + Canvas 3001 — a super-soft, retail-fit tee known for comfort and print quality. Bella + Canvas is committed to responsible manufacturing, including water reduction, waste reduction, and ethical labor practices. All printing is done through Printify, which vets its partners for sustainability and compliance with industry standards.
Q: How do I find my size?
Every product page includes a detailed size chart. For the best fit, compare the listed measurements to one of your favorite tees at home.
Q: How should I wash my shirt?
To keep your design looking great:
• Wash cold, inside out
• Hang dry or tumble dry on low
• Avoid ironing directly over the print

Q: How do I know Cedar Lane Tees is eco-friendly?
We use a made-to-order model to reduce waste and overproduction. Our partners use water-based inks and work to minimize their environmental impact. Bella + Canvas uses solar energy, efficient dyeing practices, and recycles nearly everything that can’t be turned into a shirt.
As we grow, we’ll continue improving — and we’ll always be transparent about our sourcing.
💚 Returns & Exchanges
Q: What if my shirt arrives damaged or incorrect?
If your order arrives defective or you receive the wrong item, reach out within 30 days of delivery (with a photo), and we’ll make it right.
Q: Do you accept returns for sizing issues?
Because each shirt is made to order, we can’t accept returns for size exchanges. Please double-check the size chart before ordering.
